Each waste type Packaging, WEEE, Batteries and Textiles, typically requires separate registrations. Lorax EPI coordinates these parallel processes, helping you understand what’s required for each authority and ensuring nothing is missed.

To ensure full transparency and prevent delays:

• Lorax EPI cannot support plastics tax registrations, as these fall under tax compliance rather than EPR.

• If additional business identifiers are required, such as a Spanish NIF, these must be obtained by the Client directly before the EPR registration can be started.

• Registrations cannot begin until accurate packaging data and company details are available, as most schemes require historic or forecast weights at the point of registration.

• We strongly recommend the completion of an obligation assessment before any registration project: if you choose not to do this, we reserve the right to charge for any additional time needed to verify your obligations as part of the registration process.

To complete scheme registrations, Lorax EPI will need:

• Verified packaging data (historic and/or forecast)

• Company information such as legal entities, VAT numbers and local business identifiers

• Local contact details and sales office information where required

• Product‑specific details, including weights and product categories placed on each market

This information ensures your organisation is properly registered, correctly classified, and ready to submit compliance reports.
