Annis is relatively new to the world of environmental compliance, having previously worked on higher education policy and legislation. When not at work, she can be found playing with her son or spending time outdoors.
Gabi searched all over the world until she found a job where she can use her skills to help businesses effectively reduce their environmental impact. Her newest project is convincing her children that receiving non-material gifts is the way to go. It’s not going so well.
Jane looks after the office, making sure its inhabitants are fed, watered, and in the right place at the right time. Out of the office, Jane lives completely off-grid.
15 years on following a long and exciting career in the automotive industry, Operations Director Jodie Pritchard joins Lorax Compliance. Focusing on software, compliance and consultancy, her wealth of ops experience and Six Sigma education brings new vision and opportunities to Lorax. In her personal life, Jodie is a Mum and a petrol-head who loves to be outdoors on her bike or cosy indoors with a movie.
To be a tester is to be patient. Patience is something you can't easily get trained in but can definitely fast track it by becoming a parent. Madiha is now four years into her patience training. She's finally getting the hang of it so much so that Lorax has provided her the opportunity to put that into practice as a software tester.
CIMA qualified, MarieAnne joined LoraxEPI with over 20 years’ experience of working in multinational organisations in commercial finance. She supports the Shareholders of the Company with their growth and strategies, successfully driving results and benefiting the bottom line through both financial and commercial insight. MarieAnne works with the trading operations, ensuring that the necessary protocols are in place to protect the financial stability of the business.
Phil joined Lorax in 2020, looking for an IT challenge, learning experience and a chance to change the world. Away from the office Phil can usually be found playing or coaching badminton. His clean-living approach to life causes suspicion in the office when he refuses caffeine and chocolate.
Ryan spent his sandwich year with Lorax EPI and decided that he wanted to come back full-time. When he's not trapped in virtual reality he enjoys winning strategy games and reading cyberpunk novels.
Tim joined Lorax in 2019 and is responsible for staff recruitment, creating a pipeline of young talent along with staff wellbeing and development. Being the oldest UK member of staff Tim is well placed to ensure that all recruitment meets current Age Discrimination guidelines. Outside of work Tim is a keen swimmer and cinema fan and has recently taken up the guitar.
Tracy joined the team in September 2020 as a Senior Customer Account Manager, having previously worked for a digital agency. A lover of art, film and exploring historical buildings and their grounds (Osborne House being one of her favourites) and a believer that most things feel better discussed over a cup of tea. Outside of work Tracy is kept on her toes with her children and has recently taken up running.
