2024 – A Transformative Year for Lorax EPI

As 2024 comes to an end and we set our sights on an exciting 2025, it's the perfect moment to reflect on the incredible milestones and achievements our company has reached this year. From new beginnings to remarkable growth, 2024 has truly been a year to remember.
Our New Home 🏢
One of the most significant milestones this year was moving into our brand-new offices. In June, we temporarily vacated our Rugby office, with staff working remotely or from temporary spaces. By September, we proudly welcomed our team back to not one but two state-of-the-art office spaces. This modern upgrade marks a significant improvement in our primary workspace and is a testament to how far Lorax EPI has grown in recent years.
The grand opening was made even more special by the presence of Cory Connors, from the Sustainable Packaging podcast, who officially inaugurated the space—a truly terrific occasion!
Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence 🎉
September also marked an incredible milestone: Lorax EPI's 10th anniversary. A decade of growth and dedication to helping companies meet their environmental compliance needs culminated in a spectacular summer party.
This event brought together staff past and present, their families, and even the Mayor of Rugby for an unforgettable day of celebration. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the hard work of our team and the remarkable achievements over the past 10 years.
Growing Our Team 🌟
Our team has grown significantly in 2024, with 13 new members joining across multiple departments. As EPR becomes increasingly vital globally, more companies are turning to us for support with new requirements and obligations. This exponential increase in demand has led to exciting growth for our team.
With 2025 expected to bring key deadlines and decisions in the EPR space, we anticipate further expansion to meet the growing needs of our clients.

2024 was also a globe-trotting year for Lorax EPI. Our team attended 21 conferences across Europe and the US, along with 4 virtual conferences. These events allowed us to:
- Strengthen client relationships through face-to-face interactions.
- Expand our reach by engaging with potential new clients.
- Share expertise, delivering 16 presentations on EPR and its impact.
These conferences are a cornerstone of our work, enabling us to build lasting partnerships and provide thought leadership in the compliance space.

Thanks to the dedication and talent of our team, 2024 has been a record-breaking year in sales, exceeding our ambitious internal targets. This success sets a strong foundation for an even bigger 2025, where we plan to push boundaries and continue achieving remarkable outcomes.
