We are thrilled to announce today that we have been certified by B Lab and achieved our B Corporation certification.

We now join more than 800 UK companies and a global community of 5,100 businesses who meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. All B Corps have committed to redefine success in business to be as much about people and planet as it is about profit.

Our journey towards certification started more than 18 months ago, but this step is really just the beginning of the process. The B Corp Certification provides us with a framework to develop and grow our business by applying standards and best practices around 5 core areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. This embeds the idea that businesses should not operate alone, but form an integral part of their community and serve all of their stakeholders. One of the requirements of certification will be to provide continual reporting against this framework to keep us on track.
